YOUR ROLE
Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personnel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations
Apply consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency in managing their incidents
Participate in customer presentations and consult them on best-practices applied in the respective field
Communicate with and consult Application Engineering field roles, KAMs, project teams and customers
Lead internal and external technical requests and projects
Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing)
Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processes
YOUR SKILLS
B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Material Science
3 to 5 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably in an adhesive environment
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative
Customer support experience (providing product application training)
Potential for up to 15% travel
Comfortable commuting on-site to our Santa Clara office
The salary for this role is $100000.00 - $110000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
