Minimum Requirements:
Overall responsibility for delivery of high-quality services on schedule and on budget .
Lead all technical, financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the program.
Primary interface with client.
Resource allocation and management.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Problem solving skills .
Providing cloud strategic and technical advisory support.
Program/Project planning and management.
Team Organization.
Risk Management.
15+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale, federal Cloud modernizations in an Agile framework, with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
Architecting multiple simultaneous CSP (AWS, Azure, and GCP) modernizations across all phases of systems development lifecycle.
Migration of legacy, siloed applications to Cloud .
Working with multiple federal governance boards.
Cyber Security including Zero Trust and federal ATO process and Data Analytics.
