Our client, a leader in the pharma industry is seeking an Employee Relations Associate (Investigator) to join their team. This is a contract role for 1 year with possible extensions working fully remote.
Job Title: Employee Relations Associate (Investigator)
Location: Fully Remote within the United States
What’s the Job?
Work closely with E&C, legal and HR business partners to initiate and complete background and fact-finding activities for employee and compliance related investigations, including scheduling, conducting and memorializing witness interviews.
Interact with with stakeholders to complete investigations of HR & Compliance related topics.
Completing follow up with stakeholders on investigation outcomes including drafting corrective action documentation.
Independently manage their own hours and work to complete deliverables accordingly.
What You Bring
10 years of internal investigation experience
Experience working in pharma or similarly regulated environment
