Our client, a leader in the pharma industry is seeking an Employee Relations Associate (Investigator) to join their team. This is a contract role for 1 year with possible extensions working fully remote.

Job Title: Employee Relations Associate (Investigator)

Location: Fully Remote within the United States

What’s the Job?

  • Work closely with E&C, legal and HR business partners to initiate and complete background and fact-finding activities for employee and compliance related investigations, including scheduling, conducting and memorializing witness interviews.

  • Interact with with stakeholders to complete investigations of HR & Compliance related topics.

  • Completing follow up with stakeholders on investigation outcomes including drafting corrective action documentation.

  • Independently manage their own hours and work to complete deliverables accordingly.

What You Bring

  • 10 years of internal investigation experience

  • Experience working in pharma or similarly regulated environment
