CPM Holdings, Inc. Sales Manager- Turkey in Turkey
To meet the upcoming and new market demands, we are growing our CPM Europe organization. This team is looking at expanding their focus in the Turkish Market. For this reason, we are looking for a Territory Manager for Turkey, for all markets (feed, waste and fuel), capital and aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities
As Territory Manager for Turkey, you are responsible for working with the CPM Sales Director and other colleagues to define and champion commercial efforts for the entire CPM product line in Turkey. The focus is to both affirm our market presence within the existing customer base and grow our business in the region.
You are a sales professional with experience in advising and guiding sales strategy to deliver sales targets. You should be recognized as an expert in the Turkish market and will work across the biomass and feed industries.
This position plays a key role in the future direction of the organization and the development of strategies in the Turkish market. Responsibilities:
Responsible for top line growth, with the focus on prospecting and establishing new sales in the oilseed industry.
Manage strategic accounts including internal coordination ensuring alignment with customer, segment, partners, and global strategies.
Provides intensive technical support to customers, including equipment sizing, system and process evaluation, design review, and ongoing product training.
Identify and understand technical requirements of customers and connecting these with CPM’s products and solutions.
Coordinate proposal development and technology offering with internal sales operations and technical teams.
Key to this individual’s success is interaction with the team members, including but not limited to: CPM Sales Director, CPM Global/EMEA sales, marketing and aftermarket teams, and other strategic business partners.
Reports to management and colleagues about market developments and new possible opportunities in the industry.
Skills:
You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Process or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 10 years experience in the sales industry.
Preferably experience in the feed and biomass industry, or something related.
You are an excellent communicator and business partner who can communicate on at all levels within the customers’ organization, including technical specialists, procurement officers and senior management.
You are a self-starter, driven and results oriented sales professional with at least five years relevant experience within the oilseed industry or in selling technical solutions.
You enjoy the travelling part of this position and are prepared to travel extensively (50%).
Language skills: Turkish and English is essential.
Residing in Turkey.
