Administrative Assistant, Reinsurance Solutions

What the day will look like
Support team and team members in related administrative functions
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, letters, emails and related documents
Providing support and represent the team in participating in the required internal and external meeting
Manage and oversee calendar of appointments for the team
Organize travel, transportation and accommodation for trips made by team and incoming guests
Planning and organizing events by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and event partners
Managing event budgets and logistics. Handling registrations and attendee communication to ensure that events run smoothly and meet objectives
Operating and maintaining office equipment and supplies
Skills and experience that will lead to success
University graduate
1-3 years working experience
No Insurance or Reinsurance experience is required
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Computer skills in MS Office suites
Capacity to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good command of both spoken and written English
