Administrative Assistant, Reinsurance Solutions

What the day will look like

  • Support team and team members in related administrative functions

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, letters, emails and related documents

  • Providing support and represent the team in participating in the required internal and external meeting

  • Manage and oversee calendar of appointments for the team

  • Organize travel, transportation and accommodation for trips made by team and incoming guests

  • Planning and organizing events by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and event partners

  • Managing event budgets and logistics. Handling registrations and attendee communication to ensure that events run smoothly and meet objectives

  • Operating and maintaining office equipment and supplies

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • University graduate

  • 1-3 years working experience

  • No Insurance or Reinsurance experience is required

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

  • Computer skills in MS Office suites

  • Capacity to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Good command of both spoken and written English
