We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling internet, phone, and cable TV services to potential customers through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell internet, phone, and cable TV services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
Provide detailed information about products and services, including pricing and features.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall team performance.
Handle customer inquiries and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers over the phone.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and positive.
Willingness to work flexible hours
