Uassist.ME Operations Team Leader (ON-SITE) in El Salvador

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Team Leader to lead our frontline team members in the ramp-up phase of a crucial new retail account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with a focus on retail-related operations. This role requires someone who not only ensures high performance within the team but also possesses the ability to foster a positive culture, maintain employee engagement, and cultivate spirited teamwork.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

       - Lead and manage a team of frontline associates with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.

       - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.

       - Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members for professional development.

     

  2. Retail Expertise:

       - Leverage previous BPO experience, particularly in retail-related operations, to bring insights and best practices to the team.

       - Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and retail strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

     

  3. Performance Optimization:

       - Set clear performance expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

       - Implement strategies to optimize team performance, efficiency, and productivity.

       - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

     

  4. Culture Building:

       - Instill a positive and inclusive culture within the team that aligns with the company's values and goals.

       - Encourage open communication, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset among team members.

     

  5. Account Ramp-Up:

       - Take a proactive role in the successful onboarding and ramp-up of the new retail account.

       - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

     

Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a BPO environment, with a focus on retail-related operations.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in successfully ramping up new accounts is a significant advantage.

  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
