The long-awaited Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) – your gateway to a transformative internship experience, is finally here! Unlock your potential with our Customer Development Internship, where you'll immerse yourself at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with more than 400 brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, Knorr and Ben & Jerry’s.
As a CD Intern, play an active role in shaping the trajectory of our business and get first-hand experience on working within the “white space” business unit, covering geographies, consumers, and customers. Get ready to be challenged and learn how to make a success out of a product in a difficult environment.

Harness the purchasing power of migrants living abroad by bridging our brands to them, with an estimated target turnover of USD$250,000 within 6 months.
Expand partnership portfolio by onboarding 4 new Route to Market or brand partners across lead markets such as India etc.

Minimum Requirements:
Internship period: 14 July 2025 – 31 December 2025
Applicants must be University students; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
Commitment of a minimum of 4 days a week (full time commitment preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success
Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
