V2X Logistics Operation Center Analyst II in Philippines
Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that every link in the supply chain is as cost-effective, productive, and efficient as possible. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Oversee department operations and other services are provided in support of the Logistics Department.
A typical planning analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing logistics data to assess each step in the supply chain.
Keeping tabs on the product flow process from materials acquisition to final delivery
Updating databases with logistics data
Developing, evaluating, and revising logistics policies, procedures, and plans
Overseeing warehouses to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently.
Researching supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.
Staying up to date on the latest innovations in logistics and what competitors are implementing.
Addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving.
Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
Oversee department operations and other services are provided as required in support of the Logistics Department.
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications:
One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
Must be a U.S. Citizen
A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain Host Nation Driver’s License, is required.

Experience:
Prior military experience in the Logistics Operations field.
Familiarity with logistics tracking software, spreadsheets, word processors and email.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
Familiarity with logistics tracking software, spreadsheets, word processors and email
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather condition, typically 35-45 degrees Celsius during summertime.
The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.
Physical Requirements:
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
