Job Description

In this role, you will focus on automating operational processes to optimize workflows, boost efficiency, and strengthen system stability. You’ll plan and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the continuous performance and reliability of our infrastructure and services. The enterprise solutions you work with span on-premise and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on data collection, processing, and analytics using technologies such as Apex, Python, and SQL.

Key responsibilities include managing deployments, upgrades, and administration of infrastructure services and other core enterprise solutions, using tools like Terraform and Shepherd, while ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

A significant part of your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime, eliminate bottlenecks, and mitigate vulnerabilities. Through automation efforts, you will reduce manual work, drive long-term improvements and innovation within the team, and reduce KTLO.

You’ll also collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams across infrastructure and operations to solve challenges and ensure continued operations and availability of our systems and services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience Windows Server and Linux OS

  • Familiarity with and ability to query RDBMS using SQL

  • Experience in shell scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth technical troubleshooting

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Willingness to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work overtime when required

  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE in Information Technology, Computer Science or MCA

  • Ability to work off-hours when required

  • Experience with data management or inventory/deployment solutions

  • Experience in relational database

  • Experience In OCI or equivalent cloud technology platform

  • Experience in maintaining software applications and infrastructure systems to include patching, maintenance, software installations and updates

  • Experience in managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
