Your Day to Day

As a Staff Software Engineer, Architect, you would be working on:

  • Owning short & long term Product architecture​

  • Ensuring the balance between agility and sustainable growth​

  • Ensuring architectural direction and governance aligned with business strategy and industry best practices​

  • Driving roadmaps and programs of business, information, solutions, technical and security architecture​

  • Ensuring definition, measurement and reaching of defined targets of business-critical engineering KPIs

What We’re Looking For

As a Staff Software Engineer, Arcchitect your background will look like

  • At least 8 years of work experience in various programming languages

  • Experience with modern IDEs, build and testing tools

  • Experience working in agile environment

  • Good written and oral communication skills in Hungarian and Fluent English

  • Strong technical leadership and change management skills with ability to break a problem of any size apart into manageable pieces across several scrum teams

  • Expert understanding and SaaS software design patterns

  • Expert system design skills

  • Understanding of modern SDLC processes (Agile, CI, CD, etc.) and how architecture fits

  • Understanding of data and how it relates to architecture (SQL, NoSQL & Analytics)

  • Understanding of architecture scalability and performance and how to measure and test it

  • Pragmatic use of cost vs. benefit analysis to drive short term outcomes aligned to long term vision
