Your Day to Day
As a Staff Software Engineer, Architect, you would be working on:
Owning short & long term Product architecture
Ensuring the balance between agility and sustainable growth
Ensuring architectural direction and governance aligned with business strategy and industry best practices
Driving roadmaps and programs of business, information, solutions, technical and security architecture
Ensuring definition, measurement and reaching of defined targets of business-critical engineering KPIs
What We’re Looking For
As a Staff Software Engineer, Arcchitect your background will look like
At least 8 years of work experience in various programming languages
Experience with modern IDEs, build and testing tools
Experience working in agile environment
Good written and oral communication skills in Hungarian and Fluent English
Strong technical leadership and change management skills with ability to break a problem of any size apart into manageable pieces across several scrum teams
Expert understanding and SaaS software design patterns
Expert system design skills
Understanding of modern SDLC processes (Agile, CI, CD, etc.) and how architecture fits
Understanding of data and how it relates to architecture (SQL, NoSQL & Analytics)
Understanding of architecture scalability and performance and how to measure and test it
Pragmatic use of cost vs. benefit analysis to drive short term outcomes aligned to long term vision
