The Job Holder is accountable for Plan, develop and launch insurance marketing activities and products in brokerage channel.

We are looking for someone with:
Degree holder with major in Business or Finance
At least 8 years in marketing field
Demonstrable track record of success
Able to create a positive work relationship internally and externally
Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Good customer service and continuous improvement orientation
Good leadership and teamwork
PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
On the job you will:
plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns, marketing communications and events to facilitate the life insurance business selling in brokerage channel, focusing on HNW and MCV customer segments
conduct portfolio analysis to identify business opportunities
develop performance measures to track the effectiveness of marketing programs
develop product propositions, product launch pack and marketing tools to maximize sales impacts
