Your day to day

· Assists guests with their requests presenting flexibility, efficiency and takes appropriate action to resolve guest related problems in a professional manner.

· Ensures that guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.

· Check billing instructions and guest credit for accuracy.

· Performs Night Audit function and assists in preparation of forecasts, statistical records as also daily financial reports.

· Analyze and approve discounts and rebates.

· Ensure appropriate standards of conduct, uniforms, hygiene, appearance and posture of staff are followed.

· Actively participate in Training and Development Programs and maximize opportunities for self-development.

· Able to work different shifts.

What we need from you

Education

· Hotel Management diploma

Work experience

· In a similar role at a hotel with 200+ rooms for a period of at least 3 years

Skills required

· Prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth flow of operations

· Effective problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and professionally

· Ability to make decisions under pressure

· Skills to handle emergencies and crisis situations calmly and effectively - calm demeanor

· Apply leadership competences and take initiative

· Oversee employees and delegate tasks

· Have excellent oral and written communication skills

· Able to apply policies, procedures and standards

· Positive and self-motivated

· Self-confident and dynamic

Languages required

· Greek

· English

· Additional languages would be preferred
