Curtiss-Wright Corporation Web Developer in Costa Rica

Under directed and detailed guidance, handles routine activities associated with the implementation of Business Intelligence software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. Monitors Database and BI Applications to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and quality control.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced basic portals/websites to achieve the agreed plan in terms of quality, cost, and timing and create an engaging website. 25%

  • Contribute to development of existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Contribute to development of new applications to meet customer requirements. 25%

  • Research and suggest technical developments to improve quality of the website/portal/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs. 20%

  • Develop draft initial website maps, application models, and image or page templates to meet user needs, industry standards, and/or project goals for review by more senior colleagues. 15%

  • Maintain assigned portals/websites using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained, and development standards met. 15%
