Golf Course Specialist (Construction Manager)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Golf Course Construction Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the construction supervision of a gulf course project in Abu Dhabi .
What You'll Be Doing:
Construction Supervision of Golf Course remediation works brought about by the future development residential development and for which site clearance and enabling works will be undertaken.
Manage compliance including but not excluding others, are Buggy path adjustments, Lake build details - edge detail, liners/geotextile layers, aerators, wall construction, etc., planting varieties, bunkers sand and its build detail, dune build and shaping, red sand depth, irrigation methodology and design and storm water drainageGreens shall be closely followed according to the green detail drawings.
The method of construction will conform to United States Golf Association (U.S.G.A.). Recommendations for a Method of Putting Green Construction, with only such deviations as are required or approved in writing by Employer, Designer and the Project Agronomist.
Grading is laser leveled all of the tee surfaces, using a laser-equipped box-blade.
The finished surface will be perfectly level, and development by the Golf Specialist Contractor.
Ensure that the drainage strategy shall match existing elsewhere on the Golf Course.
Existing buggy path to be realigned at four locations considering masterplan.
Compliance with the requirements of the AD-QCC standards and specification and as directed by the Engineer.
Manage the delivery of this project whose intent is to fully integrate the new buggy paths with the existing including provisions to match existing design - tinting, design on stamped cast-in-situ concrete pathway of 3m width with associated sub layers preparation to have a seamless continuity between the old and the new.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in civil, architecture, landscape or a relevant major
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision
Experience in the construction supervision of golf courses is essential for the role
