We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of the inbound and outbound of service tools for the woodworking industry, ensuring smooth operations, and providing guidance for training purposes. Ultimately, the Service Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient coordination of services. The preferred candidate will have a passion for ensuring quality control and process efficiency, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in paperwork and documentation.

  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software applications.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels with a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of carbide saw blades and related processes is a plus.

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the inbound receipt of tools from route drivers, shipments, and customers for re-sharpening and repair

  • Ensure accuracy of inspections, cleaning, and paperwork for the proper work flow of tools

  • Oversee the timeliness and accuracy of order entry

  • Supervise the cleaning process to eliminate debris and buildup

  • Ensure proper documentation of repairs and replacements

  • Provide timely and accurate updates across functional team members and departments

  • Ensure quality products and paperwork is returned to the customer

  • Develop overall cleaning and organization of the department

  • Train and educate new employees

  • Establish and utilize standards of expectations

  • Identify opportunities to streamline order processing and enhance information flow and improve overall efficiency

  • Foster collaboration and communication between teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Establish and oversee KPI's to measure the success of the departments goals and business objectives
