Robert Half Operations Specialist in Vero Beach, Florida

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist in Vero Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional client service. You will take on both administrative and operational tasks, playing a pivotal role in client communication, administrative coordination, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, delivering high-quality service.

• Oversee the processing and coordination of client account activities.

• Assist in managing client transfers and account assignments.

• Prepare and compile various documents for management review and approval.

• Create and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials.

• Manage team calendar and coordinate scheduling.

• Carry out daily reviews and oversight of operational tasks including transaction processing.

• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Assist with team training and systems education.

• Regularly conduct audits and quality control reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Support licensing and compliance requirements. Requirements • Must have 1+ years of experience in an Operations Specialist role or similar

• Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

• Demonstrated experience in data processing and data entry

• Strong skills in client communications and management

• Familiarity with Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Experience in document management, including filing, tracking, and ensuring accuracy of records

• Expertise in handling operational activities, including planning, policy-making, and coordinating daily operations

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
