JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Responsible for properly performing the administrative duties necessary to maintain an accurate accounting of the Warehouse Inventory: receipts, issues, transfers, and spoilage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.

• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

• Verifies that goods received match all documentation (order sheet and packing slip) and are of expected quality.

• Ensures the integrity of all supplies delivered to the Receiving Dock.

• Processes receipts and issues into the MMS system.

• Maintains Receiving Department files.

• Supervises all Receiving staff.

• Fills requisition orders from the stockrooms and ensures delivery to the requisitioning departments.

• Maintains delivery log with signatures of personnel receiving the orders.

• Processes incoming FedEx and UPS shipments ensures delivery to the correct departments.

• Processes outgoing FedEx and UPS shipments.

• Works with Revenue Audit to inventory, on a monthly basis, the contents of the Receiving area stockrooms.

• Maintains a neat and orderly stockroom.

• Works with Food & Beverage to adjust and maintain par levels.

• Places orders to replenish stock to par levels.

• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in accounting or related area preferred.

The Associate is regularly required to move stock items from trucks to stockrooms and from stockrooms to dollies for issuing to departments. The Associate is regularly required to lift and move kegs of beer weighing 65-70 pounds each.
