ManpowerGroup Account Receivables Clerk in Vernon, California
Our client, a leading player in the coffee distribution industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be part of the accounting department supporting financial operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Vernon, CA
Pay Range: $25
Schedule: 7am to 3:45 or 8am to 4:45
What's the Job?
Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to the Accounts Receivable Department.
Enter receipts into Oracle, including cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, and credit card payments daily.
Balance receipt batches for drivers, mail, and credit card payments.
Apply payments and transactions to customer accounts and create transaction Credit and Debit Memos.
Document daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
What's Needed?
Extremely high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional math skills and demonstrated knowledge of core accounting concepts.
Strong computer skills for data entry and ability to learn new programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear and professional phone and email etiquette.
Ability to analyze customer issues and needs and respond efficiently.
