Job Description
What you’ll do
Manages item master activities - item creation and attributes update - in ERP,
Handles NextGen Workflow Cases,
Leads high volume data uploading to ERP when its necessary,
Monitors inventory related item attributes in ERP and corrects the detected discrepancies,
Run regular and ad-hoc reports from Business Object and/or ERP.
Communicate with other departments
Makes contacts with other departments (Production, Sourcing – Procurement, Finance, Logistics, F&M) to ensure the correct data flow of item creation and change requests. Setups items in ERP. Responsible for accurate item attributes on time,
Make contact to Procurement, Finance to ensure the correct flow of sourcing main data and change requests. Setup quotations, prices, market shares, supplier-based lead times in ERP.
Make the necessary sourcing data changes and data checking at the same time,
Execute maintenance of MDM workflows,
Tracks and drives of cycle time of item creation workflows.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Business or Technical University or College degree
Cross functional knowledge background (manufacturing, planning, financial, sourcing, logistics) is an advantage,
Good communication level in English AND in Hungarian (spoken, written)
Ms. Excel knowledge.

Oracle or equivalent ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Experience in data management is an advantage.
