ZoomCare is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights and guidance, contributing to the development, maintenance, and analysis of company budgets, forecasts, cost data, and operational plans. This role also supports cost-saving initiatives, drives process improvements, and ensures financial governance and oversight throughout the organization.

Collaborate with healthcare operations teams, including Clinical and Business Leadership, to understand and assess analysis needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Create, track and report out on meaningful metrics and key performance indicators.
Prepare financial models to provide insights to company-wide leadership and business partners.
Participate in developing and maintaining financial models to support the budgeting and forecasting process.
Ensure financial data included in all deliverables is accurate, timely, and reflective of the organization's strategic goals, driving data-informed decision-making.
Analyze data from diverse sources to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for financial performance.
Create clear, visually engaging dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in an easily digestible and actionable format for stakeholders.
Ad hoc finance related projects to fulfill needs of business partners.
Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in recurring reporting cycles.
Collaborate on strategic FP&A initiatives, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, to assess the impact of potential business decisions and external factors on financial performance.
Monitor financial and operational risks, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Offer guidance and support to less experienced financial analysts, fostering development and knowledge-sharing within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics or statistics.
7+ years of experience in analyzing data, building models and presenting results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel.
Advanced competency in pulling, managing, organizing and analyzing data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated knowledge of business areas (health care services preferred).
Motivated, self-starting nature, does well with moderate guidance yet is capable of working independently.

Salary Range: $105,000 to $110,000
Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses
WORKING CONDITIONS
Project timelines and work volume / deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
This position requires remote work and being able to collaborate with teams to accomplish assigned tasks.
Must reside in Washington state or Oregon state within a reasonable commuting distance to Vancouver, Washington.
