Schedule: ON-SITE Sunday-Wednesday- 1:30 PM-Midnight

Pay Rate: $20/HR-Pharmacy Assistant $25/HR Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Required License or Certifications: Washington State Pharmacy Technician License or Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License

Responsibilities

• Answer all contact center calls within 3 rings, (18 seconds)• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.• Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information and other information as necessary based on customer call needs.• Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.• Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem solving.• Process orders, route calls to appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls where necessary.• Pays attention to detail and has great organizational skills.• Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Possesses great listening skills and can handle stressful environment.• Flexible with the actual work and the hours of operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years of call center experience or 2 years of related experience which includes 6 months or more in a fast-paced work environment• 2 year degree (or higher) and 1 year call centere experience or 2 years of exact work experience• Exact experience must be having worked in a customer facing role within home care (HME, IV or HH). Knowledge of medical terminology, claims and accounts receivable is preferred• Related experience includes experience in health care, financial or insurance customer service, claims, billing or a call center environment

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - $25.00 / Hour
