Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time on the Intermediate Care Unit at Northwest Health - Porter Hospital!
Exciting Opportunity with New Pay Rates and Sign-On Bonus!
Position Details:
Full-Time: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Shifts: Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM
Shift Differential
Student Loan Contribution: Up to $20,000
Sign-On Bonus

Unit Overview:
Capacity: 29 beds
Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 4:1
Focus: Critical care step-down from ICU, including cardiac, neuro, and high-acuity patients
Ideal For: RNs looking to specialize in ICU or Trauma care

Employment Requirements:
Successful completion of drug screening
Background check
Education & Certification:
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required; BSN preferred
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 12 months of hire
