Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our dynamic assembly team and contribute to creating essential products. The role involves working in an assembly shop, assisting in palletizing products for shipment, utilizing a computer to input part locations, connecting motors, and following repetitive assembly tasks. You will be responsible for assembling components, packing products, cycle counting, and troubleshooting assembly issues. The position requires the ability to lift 50-75 lbs and utilize hand and power tools effectively while maintaining pace with the assembly line and rotating throughout the facility.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Work Environment
The facility comprises a close-knit team of 18 total employees, with 6 in the assembly department. It fosters a team-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to engage, ask questions, and integrate with their coworkers. The current working hours are from 6am-4pm Monday-Friday and 4am-noon on Saturday until January, with a shift to regular hours from 8am-4pm thereafter.
