Ohio Means Jobs is currently accepting application for skilled Machine Operators and offer on the job training. This position is a great opportunity for newly graduated community college students and career center students in a precision machining program. We are hiring all shifts and can start in 2 weeks. This is a great opportunity for entry level, new grads, video game enthusiasts or anyone who desires a career in manufacturing, we are willing to train! Tasks include
- setting up machinery for each job
- running bars through machine; monitoring and measuring size and straightness of bars
- following all directions on work orders
- filling out time tickets and work orders
- keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards
- and other jobs assigned by the supervisor
