Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an FP& A Analyst in the Food & Food Processing industry, located in Vacaville, California. The role entails providing crucial financial insights to support decision-making across different levels of the company. The FP& A Analyst will play an integral part in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the financial health of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present financial reports for management review on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the financial forecasting and budgeting process on a regular basis.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and variances.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to aid in budgeting and planning processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies across various departments.
• Assist in the development, measurement, and reporting of Sales incentive plans.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support on special projects as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and business partner for Sales and Marketing teams to align financial goals with business strategies. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Understanding and experience with CRM tools is essential
• Must be adept at using Crystal Reports
• Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques is needed
• Proficient in performing Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary
• Auditing skills are required
• Must be well-acquainted with Budget Processes
• Experience in Capital Management is crucial
