Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Manager, Alternate Commercial Sales Channels leads the team focused on alternate and indirect Bluepeak business sales partners and resellers. The primary function of this role is to drive commercial revenues and sales growth and improve overall market penetration into business communities not captured in other channels.

What You Will Do:
Responsible for driving sales revenue growth of assigned markets by ensuring employees & business partners meet their objectives.
Oversee channel relationships and ensure that Bluepeak is represented with integrity and professionalism.
Motivate and manage the team to provide an outstanding Bluepeak customer experience.
Track and communicate team productivity and forecast statistics as required.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive a seamless experience from pre-sales to post-sales.
Hire, coach, train and monitor performance of employees to established goals and objectives. Provide input to, as well as communicate company strategy and motivate employees toward achieving company vision.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Ensure that escalated issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner and that delays and/or revised time frames are communicated to affected parties.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Highschool diploma or GED required.
5+ years’ experience minimum in small and medium-sized business sales & account management.
Competency in verbal, written and presentation skills for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Build and develop strong partnerships across functions.
Strong virtual leader creating team culture across multiple states and time zones.
Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, projects, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics.
Strong collaboration with direct reports, peers, and executive leadership to provide key on the ground insights and feedback to support the development of regional strategies.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales & retention targets.
Ability to coach and train employees to achieve targets.
Effective time management with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain professionalism in changing or challenging situations.
MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Teams.
Software: ICOMS and Salesforce.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to sit, bend, reach, push, and pull.
Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
Required to be able to focus.
Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.
