Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic with an emphasis in dairy and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Receruring, Pasteurization, Separation, and Clarification processes, and will assist in obtaining a Pasteurized license for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on dairy machinery, including Receruring, Pasteurization, Separation, and Clarification equipment.
Work with refrigeration systems, boilers, ammonia, air compressors, and other related equipment.
Maintain and repair whey and cheese production machinery, including HGSG, Photo eyes, and instrumentation.
Service and maintain culture machinery, including fillers, packers, and case packers.
Handle packaging machinery maintenance, including fillers, case packers, and membrane sealers.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment.
Essential Skills
Experience with separators, clarifiers, VFDs, and process flow.
Prior dairy industry experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in electrical and mechanical repairs.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with instrumentation and photo eyes.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and boilers.

This position is based in an indoor dairy facility, working with various advanced machinery and equipment. The work involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring the efficient operation of all dairy processing systems.
