Job Title: Project Architect
Job Description
Seeking a registered architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute to high-end custom homes, hospitality, and medical facility projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field and have a solid foundation in project management principles. You will create detailed drawings using CAD software, visualize designs with 3D modeling software, and prepare visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation in architectural projects is essential.
