Actalent Electrical Engineer in Troy, New York
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Maintain accurate records of project timelines, costs, and materials.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Proficiency in project management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
