Test Engineer -- MAST Seating. Troy, MI. Perform testing engineering and analysis on various automotive parts, including project setup, specifications, and performance. Lead complete seating durability tests using multi-axis simulation tables. Conduct DVP&R testing in PV and DV phases for various vibration and acoustic tests on automotive components. Evaluate components under standard and international specifications. Design and perform various NVH tests and evaluate both subjective and objective results using mathematical software tools. Record, customize, simulate, and match road load data and conditions. Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or closely related field and coursework in mechanical vibration and noise engineering, automobile engineering, machine design, dynamics of machines, fluid mechanics, and IC engines.
