2nd Shift Senior Maintenance Technician - Mt. Clemens, MI

Harvard Resource Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to fill a opening with a manufacturing company located in Mt. Clemens, MI Responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Technician
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain Machines
- Have ladder logic experience and can read code.
- Need a Senior level person that knows what a fluke meter is.
- Worked with Low/ high voltage up to 240 V- needs to be heavy with electrical/ mechanical experience and can bend pipe.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production hours and on off hours as needed.
- Provide Preventative Maintenance Service to machines, keep/update monthly PM schedule.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform the required service.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the supervisor.
- Inspect products to verify production specifications.
- Maintain required quality and production levels.
- Preventative Maintenance on the Machines
- Fully understands the role of each job on the crew and can perform work duties with little or no supervision.
- Fully understands the fiber blending process and job.
- Fully Understands the rewinder process and job.
- Can read and write and accurately collects needed data and transfers to logbook.
- The ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Other job duties as assigned.
