As the Manager, Accreditation Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization maintains its high standards of certification and accreditation. BSN or BS degree in healthcare-related field or Healthcare Administration required.
Certification in healthcare-related field preferred.
Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience with TJC or CMS accreditation process preferred; experience supporting accreditation compliance at Munson Healthcare considered. Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
Ready to Make a Difference? Your Responsibilities Include:
Leads and develops the Accreditation Compliance team and manages department operations.
Leads regulatory compliance activities, serving as a role model for patient quality and safety.
Provides resources and consultation to assure organizational compliance with hospital and certification standards.
Coordinates application processes to accrediting bodies and the completion of the Periodic Performance Review.
Leads robust tracer methodology/rounding process.
Communicates new regulatory requirements and coordinates education for compliance.
Manages responses to unannounced surveys and validates sustainability of implemented action plans.
Advises executive team and leaders on regulatory compliance priorities.
Participates in various committees, CQI teams, and work groups to promote Accreditation Compliance objectives.
