As the Manager, Accreditation Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization maintains its high standards of certification and accreditation.   • BSN or BS degree in healthcare-related field or Healthcare Administration required.

  • Certification in healthcare-related field preferred.

  • Master’s degree in related field preferred.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience with TJC or CMS accreditation process preferred; experience supporting accreditation compliance at Munson Healthcare considered. Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.

    Ready to Make a Difference? Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads and develops the Accreditation Compliance team and manages department operations.

  • Leads regulatory compliance activities, serving as a role model for patient quality and safety.

  • Provides resources and consultation to assure organizational compliance with hospital and certification standards.

  • Coordinates application processes to accrediting bodies and the completion of the Periodic Performance Review.

  • Leads robust tracer methodology/rounding process.

  • Communicates new regulatory requirements and coordinates education for compliance.

  • Manages responses to unannounced surveys and validates sustainability of implemented action plans.

  • Advises executive team and leaders on regulatory compliance priorities.

  • Participates in various committees, CQI teams, and work groups to promote Accreditation Compliance objectives.
