Adecco is assisting a client in Totowa, NJ in their search for a Machine Mechanic. This is a contract to hire role with weekly pay at $28 an hour. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, apply now!
Key Responsibilities:
Observes mechanical, electric and electronic devises in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
Oils and greases machines.
Start devices to test their performance.
May set up and operate production equipment, lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to effect repairs.
Performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment or facilities per schedule set out by maintenance supervisor.
Essential Skills & Required Qualifications:

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
