Job Title: HYBRID Order Entry Specialist
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate: $23-$30HR (Depending On Experience)
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (3 On-Site: 2 Remote) // Hours are flexible with an 8 or 9am start time
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire (Benefits Included)
Your Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including order entry, customer communication, returns processing, and resolving customer inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process orders from e-commerce platforms and dealers into the company’s ERP system.
Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
Regularly check and respond to emails from e-commerce customers, sales representatives, and dealers.
Address inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues promptly and professionally.
Handle the processing of product returns from customers.
Answer customer inquiries via ticketing system/email to resolve customers' issues.
Track and monitor the resolution of customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or team members as necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or sales coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Experience with Shopify a plus
