Job Description:
Responsible for performing customer service function by handling all travel arrangements and responding to all travel related inquiries in order to meet customer's needs and promote ANA.
Principal Accountabilities
- Performs Customer Service Functions
- Performs General Administrative Functions
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Ability to work 8 hours shifts, and work weekends and holidays
- Good dependability record
- Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment such as handsets and headsets for long periods of time
- Travel agency experience (airline reservation and ticketing) preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Reading comprehension skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Listening skills
- Analytical skills
Must have a proof to work in the United States (Company will not provide visa sponsorship)
Language Skills Required: Japanese/English bilingual Japanese - Proficient English - Read/Write/Speak English speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills - Proficient
Work Conditions: Non-exempt WorkHours: 8 hours shifts between 5:00 - 15:00 PST and 6:00 - 16:00 PDT, including weekends and holidays
Office Location: 21250 Hawthorne Blvd, Suite 200, Torrance, CA 90503 Salary Range: $22.83/hour
