UL, LLC Inside Sales Executive, Building Envelope in Toronto, Ontario

• Maintain ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year

• Communicate with customers to promote and sell specialty Building Envelope Advisory Services; travel may be required.

• Use technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence and support account owner

relationships

• Communicate value proposition of Building Envelope Advisory services to clients based on industry knowledge

• Support sales for Building Envelope Advisory Services in collaboration and at the direction of account owners

• Action on opportunities to sell Building Envelope advisory services into highest potential accounts in their assigned portfolio

• Support discovery and opportunity identification

• Work under guidance with account managers to seamlessly work with customers throughout the sales cycle

• Serve as primary point of contact for Building Envelope advisory services, responsible for articulating value proposition

• Brings in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.

  • 3+ years of experience selling services

  • Deep knowledge and experience with Building Envelope industry

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
