As a SAP Service Delivery Manager, you will make an impact by leading and running sophisticated projects from initiation to closure ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline. You will be a valued member of our team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and other business members.

In this role, you will

• Lead all aspects of project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and efficiency.

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams encouraging a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Communicate optimally with team members providing regular updates on project status milestones and deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.

• Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Handle project budgets track expenses and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk registers.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless integration and delivery of project outcomes.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers fostering their professional growth and development.

• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and chip in to the overall success and impact on society.

• Manage SAP S/4 Application Maintenance project with SLA/KPI

• Handle On-site Offshore Model

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

• Possess extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Psft

• In depth SAP S/4 knowledge

• Service Management

• Program Management.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and critical thinking skills.

• Exhibit excellent communication and team member management abilities.

• Have a proven track record of optimally leading sophisticated projects.

• Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

• Display strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

• Experience in Service Desk and Industrial Manufacturing domains is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to drive projects that align with organizational goals and societal impact.

• PMP PgMP or SAP Activate equivalent project management certification.
