Description:

・フロント、ベル、コンシェルジュ業務を統括するスタッフの責任者

・宿泊ゲスト、VIPゲスト対応およびクレーム対応

・フロントオフィス業務全般、管理業務、売上管理、予測数値作成、職場環境のマネジメント

・Responsible for the front desk, bell desk, and concierge staff.

・Responsible for the management of the front desk, bell desk, and concierge staff, including the handling of overnight guests, VIP guests, and  complaints.

・General front office operations, administration, sales management, forecasting, and work environment management.

Qualifications:

・フロントデスク経験3年以上の方

・英語での接客応対が出来る方

・顧客満足の実現に熱意をお持ちの方

・ゲストのご要望に応えるため、柔軟に思考、行動できる方

At least 3 years of experience at the front desk

English speaking customer service skills.

Passionate about customer satisfaction.

Flexibility to think and act flexibly to meet guests' needs.
