Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assembler I in Mexicali. This is an exciting chance to work with a renowned manufacturing company committed to promoting global health, cleanliness, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and package products according to established procedures and guidelines
Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
Excellent ability to pay close attention to details and accurately complete assigned tasks
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
