Role Definition
Supports Global Business Service – Invoice To Cash department in collecting, validating and maintaining the nature of foreign currency payments required for reporting to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) of China in accordance with the requirements of China's regulatory policies(Known as BOP process); support Continuous improvement projects, support Akashi Operations as per department scope
Responsibilities
• Specifies, builds, maintains, and runs data extracts from various subsystems that contain transaction-level account-level information depicting the nature of foreign currency remittance received from oversea company in order to support BOP process.
• Produces timely submission of BOP before the deadline required by China SAFE.
• Provides analyses and reports on the management of BOP audit conducted by China SAFE and answer ad-hoc questions from China SAFE without any delay.
• Supports ITC Regional Operations Lead on Continue Improvement projects
• Understand Akashi operational activities as per ITC scope. Work collaboratively with Service Provider to make sure the operations run smoothly.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Fluent Japanese oral and written communication skills.
A certain level English communication skills.
