Job Title: Production Worker in Thornton CO
2 nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:30am (Monday-Thursday) & 3:00pm-11:30pm (Friday)
Pay: $21/hr
Job Description
Join a small team of 2-3 people operating both automated and manual machinery. Your role will involve filling, capping, and boxing products, rotating through different stations, packaging finished goods, printing labels, assisting with pot changes, and palletizing boxed goods for shipment.
Responsibilities
Operate both automated and manual machinery.
Fill, cap, and box products.
Rotate through different stations.
Package finished goods.
Print labels and assist with pot changes.
Palletize boxed goods for shipment.
Work with raw ingredients, lifting bags and adding them to mixers.
Follow mixing quantities for 5 different formulas.
Essential Skills
Experience with simple machinery.
Prior production or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to consistently lift or move up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
Understanding of date/lot codes.
Willingness to learn machine area and product safety.
Attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Production experience, machine operating, mixing, packing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with production, packaging line, and formulation.
Ability to work with hands and simple machinery.
Capability of lifting 50lbs regularly through the shift.

You will be working in a new, very clean, and nice facility. The team culture is positive, and there is a strong emphasis on promoting from within. The work schedule is 10-hour shifts, with occasional overtime on Fridays during the busy season (June/July).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, Colorado.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
