The Digital Industry (DI) Division offers a comprehensive portfolio of seamlessly integrated hardware, software, and technology-based services to support manufacturing companies worldwide in enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of their manufacturing processes and reducing the time to market of their products.

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement generative models in the realm of Manufacturing Planning, as well as AI copilots to assist users in various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence.

A passionate AI Software Engineer who is interested in learning new business domains, making Siemens's users access their work by crafting fast and effective applications and leveraging complex technology to solve hard problems in elegant & simple ways.

What part will you play?

You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for developing product features, from planning to execution for the solution. You’ll work on the next generation of Manufacturing Process Planning products and collaborate with cross-company teams to identify problems and solve them.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop generative AI models to create new and innovative content.

Develop AI copilots to assist users in tasks, improving efficiency and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative models and copilots into products and services.

Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply them to projects.

Optimize and fine-tune generative models and copilots for performance and scalability.

Work on data preprocessing, augmentation, and enhancement techniques to improve model training.

Develop and maintain documentation, including model architecture, training procedures, and evaluation metrics.

Debug and troubleshoot issues related to generative models, copilots, and their deployment.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Our office is in Airport City - Expect 2-3 days at the office.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering\Computer Science (or equivalent).

2 to 4 years of professional experience in AI or Machine Learning.

Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as Python, NodeJS and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenVINO or LangChain

Experience with NLP for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs.

Understanding the GenAI world and how it works.

Advantage: Experience with programming against GenAI or Large Language Models.
