Robert Half Human Resources Coordinator in Taunton, Massachusetts
Description
We are on the search for a Human Resources Coordinator on behalf of our client in Taunton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be delivering administrative support within the Human Resources Department, primarily focusing on new permanent processes, document processing, policy compliance, and communication with various teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
Streamline HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Handle all aspects of the new permanent process, from initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the company handbook.
Manage immigration documentation related to HR and payroll systems.
Maintain regular communication with the HR store support team and other store teams to address HR inquiries.
Oversee status changes and terminations in relation to our HRIS systems.
Manage the delivery of new permanent orientations and contribute to employee relations.
Maintain knowledge and application of UKG Pro in HR tasks.
Carry out other tasks related to Benefit Functions.
Requirements
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to ensure Compliance with relevant laws and company policies
• Experience in handling Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Familiarity with Recruitment Processes, including interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates
• Proficiency in using UKG Pro for HR management tasks
• Experience in conducting Orientations for Permanent Staff, including introducing company culture and expectations.
