Grow your career as a Workforce Solutions Testing Manager with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be part of the groundbreaking headcount forecasting, demand and capacity planning firm-wide implementation, contributing to and overseeing business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, and results, along with key business stakeholder partnerships and outcomes. Will also have the responsibility for the design and implementation of scripts/plans for application testing, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results/product rollout into production. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/University degree.

  • 5+ years of experience and in-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.

  • Thorough understanding of end to end testing processes, Quality Center and other testing related tools.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and design standards and procedures, ensure that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.

  • Develop and design testing approach, scripts and plans, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.

  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.

  • Manage organizational process change, ensuring consistency and quality of processes across the organization.

  • Strive for continuous improvements and streamlining of processes.

  • Deal with complex and highly variable issues.

  • Collaborate with client leads and development organizations and partners with business users.

  • Analyze trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follow and analyze industry trends.

  • Exhibit in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.

  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
