A Typical Day
The Business Support Analyst assists in managing a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities including staff management, departmental events, special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. As the Business Analyst , you will provide broad administrative support to the division head and direct reports for Strategic Planning initiatives.
The Business Support Analyst will:
Provide administrative and analytical support for Strategic Planning initiatives as well as creating, producing, and reporting on applicable metrics and key performance indicators
Collaborate with and liaise between Cross-Function Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, Compliance, and Tech to execute Enterprise-focused solutions
Serve as a point person/Subject Matter Expert that works closely with internal and external customers, as well as the Project Management Team to ensure smooth transitions of new project roll-outs
Maintain high organization and communication to Project Management Team whille working on, reviewing, and completing multiple projects
Provide weekly status updates to managment on projects and assignments
Develop strategies to improve team and organizational effectiveness, training, customer service, policies, procedures, and company culture
Coordinate and attend meetings as needed; distribute meeting notes and action items to impacted parties
Maintain awareness of industry practices and trends to recommend specific projects that may need to be addressed, either near term or in the future
Demonstrate time management ability in working with internal groups including IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Credit, and more
Provide general administrative support for the division, as needed
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Two (2) years + mortgage experience is required. Wholesale mortgage lending experience is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Technical Writing Skills preferred
Regression Testing experience preferred
Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company and interface with Executive Level Management
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual, with ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, people, and time management skills

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
