JOB SUMMARY:

This position serves as a team lead for the SharePoint Service Team. Tasks include assisting SharePoint manager in defining service area and team needs, reviewing procedures, and coordinates staffing resources to insure SharePoint services are available and supported to meet customer requirements. Incumbent will assist and oversee the development and maintenance of web application development projects. This will include defining scope, determining business and data requirements, coding, testing and implementation. Candidate will also assist and oversee efforts for new or changed Web content, ensuring content is created timely and accurately.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Adobe Products with ability to lead graphic projects.

  • Five years of providing customer service.

  • Three years of experience in Adobe InDesign desktop publishing/typesetting program (Adobe creative suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Acrobat).

  • Experience in preparing and delivering communications and presentations, both oral and written.

  • Experience with problem analysis and resolution.

    SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • A college degree in graphic design with an emphasis on designing publications will substitute on a year by year basis for experience.

    SPECIAL NOTES:

  • The location for this job is in Tallahassee, FL.

  • This position is eligible for partial telework after initial training period.

  • The tentative salary for this position is $57,768.55.

  • Emergency and Disaster-Related Duty: This position has been designated as a “mission essential” position pursuant to the Department of Revenue’s Continuity of Operations Plan. The incumbent is required to be available to perform emergency or disaster-related duties due to an emergency or disaster impacting or threatening to impact the Department which may require the incumbent to work additional hours over and above the regular work schedule. Emergency or disaster-related duty may include performing or supporting the Department’s mission essential functions, primary business functions or other activities related to emergency or disaster events or incidents.

    SALARY: $48,140.52 - $65,000.04.
