    Your Specific Responsibilities:

    The incumbent in this position is responsible for ensuring quality assurance, improving communications between the users and support staff, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business operations, requiring strong business knowledge, and analytical and technical skills.

  • Serve as a help desk technician to resolve business office technical issues directly, or properly and timely assign tickets to the correct team.

  • Serve as a business and systems information conduit between the stakeholders, internal and external customers, systems administrators, technology and support teams through which statutorily mandated business requirements flow. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between system usability and business needs.

  • Assist with asset management and annual property inventory.

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down high-level information into details; Communicate and collaborate with regulatory board offices, internal and external entities to analyze business needs, functional and statutory requirements and deliver the following documents as needed: Incident Documents and User Acceptance Testing Scripts. Develop requirements specifications per standard templates, using natural language.

  • Gather and document information using meetings, system analysis, requirements documentation, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business, and system analysis, and develop requirements specifications per standard templates, using natural language.

  • Facilitates system quality assurance testing; and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that deliverable ticket resolution deadlines are met.

  • Conduct requirements and status meetings, develop project action plans, assist user acceptance testing (UAT), with stakeholders, including executives, managers, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users. Oversee deliverables and/or tickets are resolved and delivered on or by the predetermined due date set by management.

    Performs other work-related duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Knowledge of document management systems;

  • Experience with ticket management systems;

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Ability to communicate technical issues, risks, and approaches to non-technical staff;
