Skills
Preferably – finance related course with 2-3 yrs of FP&A experience
Extensive experience with SAP
Ability to manage and engage key stakeholders mainly via call
Data Sets - can manipulate large amounts of data to produce clear, concise and relevant output
Can generate insights for the Head of Mktg Finance by getting different sources of information pointing out inefficiencies and highlighting further efficiency and process improvement opportunities to provide meaningful and practical outcomes, Can resolve complex problems
Can convey accurate information and messaging confidently and effectively to Marketing teams.
Support delivering timely information and insights
Ability to perform function/planning independently based on guidance
With intellectual curiosity to seek knowledge, explore new ideas, and continuously learn about finance and market, a mindset that fosters innovation, critical thinking, and adaptability. Pro-actively searches for better ways of working, challenge status-quo
