The IT Systems Administrator II is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of a variety of servers, storage software and systems. You are responsible for working within our IT Support Team to provide mission-critical support to our existing infrastructure, branches and departments, as well as contributing to innovative projects. Your ability to maintain and troubleshoot systems with accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple projects is key to your success in this role. What success looks like... Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and at least 5 years as an IT Systems Administrator. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (business-engineering) and at least 3 years as an IT Network Administrator. Significant experience in a Windows environment (Servers, Desktops, Active Directory, O365) along with testable knowledge of networking and network administration (switches, routers, firewalls). The associate must maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel reliably and timely by car and plane to meetings and events as needed. Preferred: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Security+, VMWare (ESX) Certified Associate VCA-DCV, Linux Administrator, Palo Alto Firewalls, Juniper Switches, SD-WAN, Azure Active Directory Cloud/hybrid computing, cloud migrations, managed cloud services experience. Support of Application Development environments such as dev-test virtualization or containers. PowerShell Scripting. Salary Info: The starting salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time.
